  • Vicki Murray

    Senior Leadership Coach

    Vicki brings 44 years of leadership experience to the team.  Her passion for leadership began at the age of 23, when she joined a direct sales business and was successful by recruiting and leading others to be successful.  Her experience includes entrepreneurship, sales, overseeing a non-profit, fundraising, speaking, training facilitator, spiritual leader, and leadership coach.  She specializes in helping women become all that God created them to be in life and career. 

    She has been married to Chris Murray for 48 years and they have two children and three grandchildren.  When Vicki is not coaching or training you will find her working out, playing golf or pickleball and spending time with her family.

  • Bill Burnham

    Leadership Coach

    Bill has led teams of soldiers, engineers, salespeople, sales managers, and manufacturing teams.  He spent a 27-year career at Corning, Inc. and 5 years as an active-duty officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  He has also served as Assistant Professor of Business at Montreat College and was VP of Operations at Catawba Valley Brewing Company. 

    Bill earned an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Alabama.

    Bill has been married to Angie since 1984. They have two married daughters, Annie Hollar and Emma Renno.  They have one grandson and a German Shepherd named Daisy.  

  • Dr. Paul Gratton

    Leadership Coach

    Paul is Assoc. Professor of Business at Montreat College. He earned his Doctorate of Business Administration from George Fox University, Master of Public Administration from Drake University and B.A. in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University.   

    Paul enjoys coaching and using systems approaches to address organizational challenges. His research interests include organizational behavior, strategic management, complex systems, healthcare, and non-profit leadership. 

    Paul enjoys running, hiking, biking, camping, and raising chickens in the beautiful foothills of Western NC with his wife and four precocious children. 

  • Brian Tracy, ACC

    Leadership Coach

    Brian serves as Lead Pastor of Evangel Assembly in Wilbraham, MA. He has also served as an Executive Presbyter in the Southern New England Ministry Network for 20+ years.

    Brian earned a BA from Central Bible College and a Masters in Religious Education from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He earned a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership and Renewal from Regent University.

    Brian coaches leaders and their teams to accomplish their goals and perform at their best level. He trains and mentors new leaders and is involved in creation and maintenance of leadership systems within organizations.

    Brian has been married for 31 years to Cristie and has two sons and two grandsons.

  • Jason Pierce, ACC

    Leadership Coach

    Jason works with leaders, executives, and teams to help them discover, develop and best utilize their gifts and talents. Jason is a certified coach as well as being certified in the 6 Working Geniuses and the DISC assessment. 

    He serves a Hospice Chaplain for BJC Home Health in the Southwestern portion of Illinois. Jason has over 25 years of leaders experience, including pastoral roles with local churches. A graduate of Southern Illinois University, Jason holds a Masters degree in Clinical Adult Psychology.

    Jason is a husband of over 25 years and father of 2 beautiful girls. He lives outside of St. Louis.

  • Tracy Asamoah, MD, ACC

    Leadership Coach

    Tracy is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and writer. She completed medical school at the University of California, San Francisco and attended the David Geffen UCLA School of Medicine for both general psychiatry residency and child/adolescent psychiatry fellowship.

    Tracy helps women physicians and other professionals navigate career and life transitions to build the future they envision. She also coaches and teaches on becoming a resonant leader. She has spoken nationally and written on coaching and mental health related topics.

    Tracy lives in Austin, TX with her husband, 2 daughters, and pet bunny, Mylo.

  • Susan Borgstrom, PCC

    Leadership Coach

    Susan has invested 30 years in facilitating personal and spiritual development in clients, integrating self-awareness, meaning/purpose, and positive relationships.

    Her early fascination with understanding human behavior, growth, and positive psychology led her to a Masters in Counseling Psychology with a certificate in Art Therapy. She built upon this foundation with a Professional Certified Coach certification through the International Coach Federation and continues to expand her practice in areas including Brain Dynamics, Coaching Teams, and Transitional and Transformational Coaching.

    Susan lives and works in Chicago, IL.

  • Laura Stephens-Reed

    Leadership Coach

    Laura helps leaders and organizations to harness the opportunities and overcome the challenges presented by current or anticipated transitions in circumstance and mindset. An ordained minister since 2002, she works primarily with North American clergy and congregations across the ecumenical spectrum.

    She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and her Master of Divinity from Emory University. She is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Ministry program at Lexington Theological Seminary.

    Laura lives in Northport, AL, with her husband and son, and they enjoy SEC football.

  • Chris Hammond, PCC

    Leadership Coach

    Chris provides professional, performance, and life coaching that focuses on values clarification, relational systems, goal-setting, and decision-making.

    Chris serves at the U.S. Geological Survey as both the head of its Office of Tribal Relations and the manager of a program that provides volunteer opportunities for students with disabilities in support of their educational and professional goals.

    Christ and his wife live in Fairfax, VA.

  • Jackie Adams, PCC

    Leadership Coach

    Jackie has a passion for working with women leaders in corporate, ministry, and senior non-profit leadership roles. Common areas of coaching focus include leadership challenges, job performance, time management, and goal setting.

    Jackie earned her B.S. in Organizational Management and Christian Leadership from Colorado Christian University. Jackie is a workshop presenter, facilitator, trainer, key-note speaker, and writer.

    Jackie is married to her high school sweetheart and lives outside of Sacramento, CA.

  • Scott Gress, PCC

    Leadership Coach

    Scott serves as a leadership coach and coach trainer, consultant, and leadership presenter. He specializes in helping leaders and organizations grow.

    Scott earned his Masters of Divinity from Concordia Seminary St. Louis and later earned his Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Scott has been coaching leaders since 2006.

    Scott and his wife, Maria, have two sons and they reside in South Florida.

  • Travis Guse, PCC

    Leadership Coach

    Travis empowers people to be at their best by developing strengths-based lives, teams, and organizations.  He has worked extensively with clients seeking to start new ventures as well as coached leaders in non-profit, ministry, health care, governmental, and educational institutions.

    Travis is certified in the CliftonStrengths assessment and earned his Doctorate of Ministry in the field of coaching.  

    Travis and his wife live near Richmond, VA.

    Weston is a coach, an author, and the host of the Commission Leadership Podcast. His passion is to serve the church and reverse the trend of pastoral burnout. He believes we are each meant to flourish in life and he coaches leaders through a simple framework: Live Courageously. Build Strong Teams. Multiply Your Impact. 

    Wes is an avid Chicago sports fan and is optimistic that the Bears will find a franchise quarterback in someone’s lifetime. He lives in Indianapolis with his wife and two small children.

  • Karen Butcher

    Leadership Coach

    Karen is a former teacher, sales consultant, and corporate trainer whose career journey led her to coaching.  As Director of Educational Development at a regional bank for over a decade, Karen helped equip leaders and managers with the soft skills that make a bottom-line difference.  Before that, she was a top sales performer who earned three (!) company cars with Mary Kay Cosmetics. 

    Today, Karen brings her skills as a leader and her passion for helping others to the coaching game.  She masterfully incorporates the DISC assessment into her coaching and helps develop leaders at all levels. 

    Karen lives in Central Kentucky.
