Jason works with leaders, executives, and teams to help them discover, develop and best utilize their gifts and talents. Jason is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, and he is also an Executive Certified Coach through Coach Approach Ministries. Jason is certified in the 6 Working Geniuses through the Table Group and the DISC and Gift Assessment through Uniquely You. 

He is currently employed as a Hospice Chaplain for BJC Home Health in the Southwestern portion of Illinois. Jason has over 25 years of Pastoral experience filling roles as Youth, Associate and Connections/First Impressions Pastor. A graduate of Southern Illinois University, Jason holds a Masters degree in Clinical Adult Psychology. Jason Pierce is a husband of over 25 years and father of 2 beautiful girls.
